Der Metallfriedhof hat doch auch Charme und sieht immer noch gigantisch groß aus. Solide Kulisse. Einfach ne kleine Plattform davor und ab geht’s. Einfacher kann man das nicht lösen. ---

Es ist einfach so krass wie viele Leute rumheulen wegen refund etc. weil es keine Mainstage gibt wie sonst und das ja quasi das wichtigste am Festival ist. Dann sieht man solche Videos von 2010-2012 ohne die richtig fetten Bühnen und es waren halt genau diese Jahre, die TML berühmt gemacht haben… Einfach geiler vibe und geile Musik (und keine dummen influencer) ---

Genau so ist es. Bin kein Freund von „früher war alles besser“ aber was EDM angeht, ist es definitiv so. Prime 2010-2014. ---

Klar, ich hab auch lieber die neuen Bühnen. Aber ohne 50.000 Handys und Diverses Klientel wäre es halt noch geiler. ---

Festivals leben heutzutage von der digitalen Vermarktung und der Inszenierung. Gerade das Tomorrowoland hat die Eventisierung massiv gepusht und war Vorreiter in Sachen Livestreams etc. Ist halt jetzt keine Überraschung, dass die Eventfans nicht wegen der Musik anreisen und jetzt kb haben ---

Es ist doch (mittlerweile) quasi _die_ veranstaltung für die ganzen Eventies. kenne es selbst aus dem freundes-/Bekanntenkreis. leute die sonst nichts mit solcher musik am Hut haben, fahren dahin. Aber so ist das eben. Ist ja bei Rock am ring/im Park ähnlich. ---

Die Veranstaltungen dafür schlechthin sind Coachella und Burning Man. Das ist hart lächerlich alles. Tomorrowland auf Platz 3 ---

Gut, von den beiden ist TML noch weit entfernt was influencer und Hype-besucher angeht. Ein Großteil ist dann doch eher Fan von der Musik etc. ---

Es gibt Leute die Jahrelang dafür gespart haben. Für viele ist das auch eine once in a lifetime experience. Keine Ahnung warum man diese Menschen jetzt so fronten muss. ---

Weil die Leute das mit einer solchen Attitüde, Selbstverständlichkeit und undankbarkeit rüberbringen. Es ist einfach unfassbar. Da rackern sich gerade hunderte Menschen den Arsch ab, damit es überhaupt ein Festival gibt und die machen ein auf verzogenes Kind, das meint einen Anspruch auf alles zu haben. Die Veranstalter werden schon noch mit irgendeiner Kompensation um die Ecke kommen, aber das hat halt aktuell keine Priorität. Das Geld haben die Besucher sowieso schon bezahlt, egal ob Festival oder Anreise. Dass man darauf ggf. lange sparen musste ist ein fairer Punkt, aber letztendlich wird halt versucht einen Kompromiss zu finden und das Festival nicht zu canceln. ---

So ist das halt in einer kapitalistischen Gesellschaft. Entweder es gibt das Maximum für die Kohle oder es gibt Konsequenzen. Kann den Besuchern scheißegal sein, was die Szene denkt. Die können nix dafür, wenn der Veranstalter seine offensichtlich nicht feuersichere Bühne abfackelt, mit der er das Festival bewirbt. Leistung nicht erbracht.
